Kaya Skin Clinic: Insta-Brightening mask, Daily Use Sunscreen & Face Cleanser Review!

Our face needs a little pampering every now and then. What better way to indulge in some Kaya Skin Clinic products ! Every now and then I like to pamper my skin and Kaya Skin Clinic Products are among favorites when it comes to giving my skin a little extra care. I have spotted several outlets of Kaya Skin Clinic in Bangalore but never got the chance to pay a visit to any of them.

Today I’ll be sharing my experience after using Kaya Skin Clinic Insta Brightening Micro-Mask , Kaya Skin Clinic Daily Use Sunscreen and Kaya Skin Clinic face Cleanser With Brightening Beads.

Kaya Skin Clinic Daily Care Sunscreen Review:

Price: INR 680 for 50ml

Application: I apply it half an hour before going out in the sun and I reapply it after every face wash..

Packaging: It comes in a unique yet tricky bottle which seems like a bottle within a bottle . The outer bottle is a transparent one while inner one is an opaque one which gives an illusion of a bigger bottle!

My experience :The package says that the formula has been researched and developed by dermatologists. And I would like to go by it as this sunscreen did not break my skin even though my skin type is oily. The sunscreen gives my face a matte finish and slides smoothly on my skin. It is a good moisturizer but I hardly use sunscreens and this is going to stay with me for a while.

Kaya Brightening Micro Mask Review :

Price: INR 2980 for 30ml

Packaging: This comes in an opaque plastic bottle with a pump on the top which disperses the gel

My experience : It’s a kind of a face pack which I use before important occasions like parties and wedding attending's. Its colorless and light and spreads easily on the face. The only thing about is the smell! I hate it ! I leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with tap water and the effect lasts for about 3-4 hours max. After applying it the skin on my face felt stretchy and thick. I found my face to be soft and supple once I washed off the mask! Best to remove dullness and other impurities from my face and neck!

Kaya Skin Clinic Fairness Face Cleanser Review:

Price : INR350 for 100ml

Packaging : Comes in tube and reminds me of ponds facewash packaging! This doesn’t come with a dispenser but works out like other facewashes. It is easy to remove & hygienic to carry everyday in my bag.

Application: Dispense one pump on your finger tips and slowly cover your face with rubbing it in circular motions. Gently wash it off with water later.

My experience : Unlike other products from Kaya this one is priced reasonably while others cost me a fortune . I used this as a facewash and I like that it is mildly scented but it did not seem effective to remove blackheads and acne. I found my face fresh and soft after using this. It did unclog my pores and removed dirt from my face leaving my face soft and supple.

BlingSparkle’s final verdict:

These were my first products I used from the brand kaya Skin Clinic and found that they manufacture quality products but I have my complaints. They are too pricey even for something that is dermatologically tested! I loved the fairness cleanser and the micro mask and I recommend it to those who are looking for a good face pack during the wedding preparations.

A little blush on cheeks can make a big difference! Blushes have always been looked up as to bring a more youthful appearance, and to emphasize the cheekbones !I think there's something quite charming and attractive about a beautifully applied blush that can't be replaced by anything else in a makeup routine.
I personally love blushes and use it on a regular basis, not fan of bronzer though. But blushes that have shimmer in them are preferred less likely than the matte and perfect plain ones. I remember a guy once looked at a picture of mine and asked me if the pink in cheek of my face was because I was blushing while I got the picture clicked. All I could do was laugh (Ofcourse I took it as a compliment and did a double jig, the typical me) So yes blush that looks natural is a whole new thing ;)
Also I have a childhood confession to make, and don’ you dare judge I was just a child! Well when we were kids we ofcourse had zilch knowledge about makeup but we often saw are teachers and dance teacher use blusher and we would wait for the makeup thing during the school day dance thing , no really you have no idea how it feels to finally wear makeup that looks so much similar to a bollywood celeb we adored !And guess what we ( By we I mean not just me but other girls in my class, it was a norm then) would steal are mommies or aunties red or pink lipsticks and actually smudge it directly with the tip of the lipstick to our cheeks and ended up looking like we just stuck a red circle on our cheeks. Haha. But looking ugly didn't seem problem then , we were always ready to give it a try !

Story Of My Life

Blush makeup is used to simulate a natural glow and must look subtle. Not whiny and attention seeking ! However, there are many ways to apply blush so that you not only add vivacity to your complexion, but also highlight the correct part of your face.

Have you ever looked at someone at a wedding and gaped at them starting from their shoes and then when you come to their face you wrinkle your nose in dis appreciation? No, I am not being racist but what I am talking here is about the inappropriate makeup ! So many beautiful dresses so little beauty.
I have often seen women who are beautiful wear beautiful dresses still end up looking gross on occasions.
Here are a few makeup tips to keep in mind while keeping the shade of the dress color you are going to wear.
Makeup should be matched appropriately with your attire or else even after so many efforts you’ll end up looking dull , jarred, out of place or like even end up smiling like a Christmas tree.
Here are five things to be kept in mind while doing your makeup so you can get the Makeup that makes you glow!
1. Occasion : It is important your makeup must be appropriate and done according to the occasion. You cannot wearing bold lip color to a temple or a your kids parent teacher meeting, neither can you opt for a soft makedo while attending a wedding. One must know what works for them and what NOT to wear . Smokey eyes would look out of the place if worn on a spring date. Always remember to dress according to the occasion !
2. Audience : This must always be considered, it its for a family function its best you opt for soft lip colors (Or is it just me) For a party you can experiment, for festivity play safe and make sure you are
3. Outfit : If the outfit you are donning is heavy, embellished or f a bold color , opt for soft makeup or just emphasize on feature on your face. Don’t do bold lip color along with heavy eye makeup. trust me it does not work for all.
4. Jewelry : If you are wearing jewelery then cut down on the makeup. Too much jewelery when paired with a lot of makeup clashes and makes you look like you are trying too hard!
5. Knowledge : Yes. Its very important you know which lip color to pair with the right dress. Know the makeup trends. Don’t be afraid to try something new. And when you wear something wear with confidence.
Along with all of these it is also important that you wear makeup in which you feel comfortable. Don’t opt for a bold lip and then resent it when you reach the venue because you think it makes look harsh or you are scared about people’s opinions. If you think you look lovely, just go for it , if you aren’t comfortable then drop it. Its best to wear makeup that you are happy with. Makeup that is heavy or you are not sure of should always be avoided.
